Purchasing, Returns & Exchanges

Purchasing

Payment is due upon ordering and needs to be received prior to the order being processed, unless otherwise agreed to with Darkside Studios. We understand people are in tough financial times, so we are willing to make arrangements for you to pay within two weeks of your order. Otherwise, payment is due before production begins.

On any order over $60.00, a deposit is required for 50% of the order total.

Payment is graciously accepted in the forms of etransfer, cash (on pickup only), credit card, or PayPal. Due to Covid we prefer not to have cash transactions and prefer to sell contactless and keep everyone safe and healthy. No cheques please.

We make it right (see exceptions below)

If you are not happy with your product we will always make it right. (NOTE: sizing issues are not replaceable or refundable, as it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure correct sizing. If in doubt, always size up)  
 
Designs are ALWAYS finalized with our customers prior to making the product. Any issues with design other than production issues are not the responsibility of Darkside Studios. We count on you to review the design and approve, so we can avoid you being unhappy with a product.
 
As we make all of our products, there are sometimes slight variances in colour from the printing process.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
